We started by only doing bread and the basic burritos and tacos. Due to our high demand and requests to expand our food menu, we added a lot of the authentic dishes like Mole, Chicken Salad, Shrimp Coctails, Chiles Rellenos, Gorditas, and lots of meats like Asada, Al Pastor, Chicken, Abodaba, Tripas, Carnitas, and much more. After we did this the word got around Moorpark and more people started coming, therefore, we needed to expand and create an area where people could sit and bring their families to relax and we added two 60 inch televisions so that when there are big soccer, baseball, basketball, or football games people can enjoy them while eating at Carla’s Bakery. We also accept phone orders and are available to cater your next special event with taquizas or large orders of Mexican Food here in Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara counties.
